We are pleased to now be offering a premium courier service with DPD for orders to England, Wales & *Scotland!

(*excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands - please see postcode exclusions below) 

All Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Island & Isle Of Man orders will be sent with Royal Mail 1st Class (1 working day delivery aim)

Up to 1kg - £5.50

Up to 5kg  - £6.50

The above postcodes will be sent with Royal Mail 1st Class*

 

The delivery time is an AIM and not a guarantee.  Royal Mail does not guarantee next day delivery when using 1st class postage, but they do have a very high success rate.

We currently operate an up to 10 WORKING DAYS turnaround time.
Shipping prices include the packing materials used to protect your items, the shipping boxes, and courier fees.  We do not make any profit from the shipping costs!
 
Turnaround time is for processing and production of your order.  This is the time from when you place your order, to when your order is ready to be sent out to you.  It does not include courier delivery time!
 
Due to the nature of the products, please make sure someone is available to accept the package on delivery day.  If receiving from DPD, there are options to deliver to a neighbour or safe place, please use these options if you are not going to be in!  We cannot be held responsible for products spoiling due to not being able to accept the delivery.
  
DURING HOT WEATHER, CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT OUR COURIERS DO NOT HAVE CHILLED VANS.  WE WILL SHIP PRODUCTS WITH ICE PACKS TO KEEP COOL, BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE ITEMS WILL ARRIVE IN PERFECT CONDITION.  PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND BEFORE ORDERING.  WE CANNOT CONTROL THE WEATHER, AND TRY OUR BEST TO LOOK AT FORECASTS AHEAD OF TIME, BUT IT IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE TO PREDICT THE WEATHER A WEEK IN ADVANCED.

We pack all our products with the utmost care!
If your products arrive damaged or completely messed up, this is due to courier handling and we cannot be held responsible.
Once your order has left our premises, it is unfortunately completely out of our hands, and we may not be able to fully refund any products damaged due to courier handling.
If you have any problems, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any problems.
We always make our products FRESH for delivery, so they arrive with you as fresh as possible!
