A base of white chocolate, layered with soft strawberry protein with real freeze-dried strawberry pieces. A hidden middle layer of gooey strawberry and a sliver of real vanilla sponge cake. Topped with a soft shortcake protein cookie dough layer, infused with more freeze-dried strawberry bits. And finished with a white chocolate drizzle.⠀

It would be a disservice calling this only a protein treat. It's an amazing bar regardless of the great protein content and the amazing macros. I couldn't recommend this strawberry shortcake bar highly enough, taste exactly like strawberry shortbread, and the texture is both firm but also delicate to the bite.
No artificial taste or questionable textures here.
The owner happens to also be an amazing person and strives for perfection with every product.

I’ve never been a fan of protein bars-no matter whether I’ve tried high end or cheaper ones they always taste bad to me! I saw protein bake house on insta and thought I’d give them a try seen as the reviews were so good and it’s a small business. Well, so far they have not disappointed at all, the truffles are to delish-low cal, high protein snack. The cookie bars are a real treat too 💕
